When you really appreciate something, notice how good it feels when you are on this high vibrational state of well-being. As you incorporate the value of appreciation into your life you are spending less time focusing on the lower vibrational states of feeling bad, not feeling good enough, sad, angry or stressed.
So where do you start? Write a list of all the things you appreciate and keep it in a little book where you can refer back to when you are feeling down. What do you love about your life? What do you love about yourself? How about the things around you? What makes you smile?
Make sure you give full attention to all the things you love and cherish. Think about the people you love and write a list of the things you love about them. The outcome of this exercise will bring a positive feeling of joy and appreciation.
The things I personally love in life are the simplest things. Personally, clouds are one of the things enjoy looking at. Knowing you will never see the same cloud twice, and always seeing it take a different shape is a beautiful thing. A flower, scent, enjoying a wonderful meal, or even watching a bird are other examples. There are so many things to be grateful for… What are you grateful for?
Choosing the joy of appreciation is a humble experience. It is a powerful way to raise your vibration as it connects you to source energy.
Remember to appreciate yourself! Whatever you believe about yourself will be emitted out the universe and the universe will respond. Realise you are a wonderful person who is worthy of all the good things this world has to offer. You are beyond perfection just as you are. Focus on all the amazing things to appreciate about yourself. Know that there will never be a person like you to walk this universe and make the most of what you have right here, right now. You are one of a kind, a unique, special individual so do yourself a favour.. celebrate, appreciate and love yourself unconditionally.
Remember, If you give time to complain and blame remember the universe will take it as something you want more of and the universe will respond by giving you more things to complain about.
If you have an attitude of gratitude, you will feel great because it is a high vibration and the universe will bring you more things for you to be grateful for. As you apply the power of appreciation into your life today and everyday, you will attract more things into your life very quickly. So grab a pen, and write down your list today and enjoy each and every moment you see, feel, taste, hear and smell.

That’s a great article, and has got me to thinking about all that I am grateful for in my lift….I have five amazing boys and a very wonderful supportive husband, a house that we sold for a good profit and 2010 to look forward to.
